Telecom Operations Specialist (Telecom/Messaging): Managing sender registration, messaging traffic security, and number provisioning across multiple channels and regions with an accent on compliance, accurate records, and customer experience. Focus on processing registrations with mobile network operators and suppliers, securing content and templates, and enabling two-way communication across OTT messaging platforms.
Location: Asuncion, Paraguay; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration and remote work.

What you will do
- Manage and maintain the global sender registration database.
- Process customer sender registration requests with mobile network operators and suppliers.
- Maintain traffic security through content restrictions and template registration.
- Support region-specific, product-based, and OTT registration processes across WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line, and other channels.
- Order VLN and SC numbers and enable two-way communication between customers and end users.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with internal departments to support compliance and customer experience.
