North America dMPS Opportunity Consultant

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico

Salary: $83,000–$127,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Collaborate with pursuit and account teams to analyze local engagements and contract scopes.
• Negotiate commercial terms and business principles during contracting.
• Facilitate process proposals and maintain controls for order booking, labor tracking, and project costs.
• Review project finances, HR matters, and commercial terms and conditions.
• Develop customer data analysis solutions, industry and win/loss analyses, and simulation scenarios.
• Consult presales and account teams on the SOAR process while building customer relationships and leading complex projects.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience, preferably in contracting practices, government regulations, change management, outsourcing, or managed services.
• Experience with auditing, business processes, financial fluency, and customer-focused consulting.
• Ability to solve complex problems, exercise sound judgment, and lead moderate- to high-complexity projects.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, and digital fluency.
