Specialist (m/w/x) Invoice Verification

ATD Technologies S. R. L., part of hirify.global, provides technical support and services for the hirify.global business from Moldova IT Park.

What you will do

• Monitor inventory levels and verify data accuracy based on incoming invoices.
• Process invoices daily in the AWS system.
• Identify discrepancies and prepare reports on missing or inconsistent inventory data using AWS and Google Docs.
• Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies with internal teams and suppliers.
• Build professional relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with colleagues in Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to maintain aligned processes and data integrity.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems and MS Office.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Independent, organized, reliable, and transparent working style.
• Fluent Russian and intermediate English, with strong communication skills for international collaboration.
