What you will do
- Own customer and business outcomes end to end by framing problems, designing solutions, shipping products, and tracking results.
- Work closely with customers, sales, support, Product, and Design to decide what to build, defer, or stop.
- Build responsive and accessible React interfaces with Node.js and Python services and RESTful APIs.
- Scale AWS-based multi-tenant products, batch platforms, workflows, and data pipelines while maintaining reliability, performance, and security.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and product capabilities such as smarter routing and anomaly detection.
- Mentor engineers, document technical decisions, and act as a player-coach Tech Lead within embedded initiatives.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience shipping and owning end-to-end product outcomes.
- Deep full-stack expertise with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern CSS, Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Experience with cloud batch or workflow orchestration such as Step Functions, Airflow, or similar tools.
- Strong systems design, UI/UX, accessibility, product judgment, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows and critically reviewing AI-generated code for bugs and security issues; willingness to travel 5–10%.
