What you will do

• Lead the creative team in developing and implementing design concepts, graphic imagery, and branding for web-based communications and product promotions.
• Develop strategy and execution plans with sales, marketing, technology, and business development teams.
• Direct the vision and strategic direction of the website.
• Define staffing and budget requirements for the web-creative organization.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to support efficient team operations.
• Manage work objectives, resources, schedules, and goals across a diverse range of issues.

Requirements

• Experience leading web-creative, design, branding, or digital communications functions.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, technology, and business development groups.
• Experience planning staffing and budgets for a creative or web organization.
• Experience managing and developing professional employees, including direct or indirect reports.
• Ability to evaluate varied business, design, and operational factors when solving complex issues.
