Risk and Controls Senior Analyst (CEE Market)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

Salary: 6,333–12,500 PLN gross per month.

What you will do

• Act as a senior Risk and Controls specialist for the CEE market, advising teams on anti-bribery and corruption, internal controls and WPP policy requirements.
• Support the design and implementation of financial, operational and compliance controls aligned with WPP guidelines.
• Develop compliance procedures, communicate policy updates and improve the standardization of processes, procedures and controls.
• Ensure that controls, processes and systems comply with local laws, group procedures and client contract requirements.
• Coordinate controls, SOX and internal audits, including walkthroughs with internal and external auditors.
• Report audit results to management and monitor the timely resolution of identified issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international organization.
• Experience in finance and accounting, including knowledge of IFRS.
• Very good knowledge of internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independence and a high level of professional ethics.
• Knowledge of business systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Very good spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the media or advertising industry.
• ACA, CA, ACCA, CIA or an equivalent qualification.
