Principal Analog IP Design Lead (MCU)

Salary: €61,000–€83,900 gross annual base salary

What you will do

• Define analog and mixed-signal IP specifications from product requirements.
• Develop innovative circuit architectures and ensure robust, high-quality implementations.
• Own IP development from simulation and layout through validation in silicon.
• Lead design reviews, documentation, and integration of IP into SoC products.
• Collaborate with analog, digital, verification, architecture, and product teams.
• Support characterization, production testing, life testing, and productization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electronic or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• Experience with one or more of ADC, DAC, PLL, oscillators, references, LDO, DC-DC converters, amplifiers, or filters.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and using behavioral models with AMS, DMS, Matlab, SystemC, or equivalent tools.
• Experience leading small teams of analog and digital designers.
