DevOps Engineer II (DevSecOps): Building secure CI/CD pipelines and deploying Zebra solutions across customer environments with an accent on GCP, containerization, scripting, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance. Focus on automating infrastructure, integrating enterprise systems, troubleshooting distributed platforms, and embedding security throughout the SDLC.

What you will do
- Deploy Zebra solutions into customer environments using simulation tools, scripts, and configured components.
- Collaborate with development teams as an early user of new features and help improve solution deployment, monitoring, and usability.
- Communicate with customer operations, security, and IT teams to understand technical and operational requirements.
- Create scripts and use software tools to explore features, troubleshoot bugs, and investigate system performance issues.
- Work across IoT devices, Android devices, servers, networking equipment, and cloud platforms.
- Document configuration and operational best practices and help train internal and external users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, Docker, and cloud platforms, with strong expertise in GCP preferred for the DevSecOps focus.
- Experience with scripting, REST services, SSO or authentication providers, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Android, servers, networking equipment, mobile devices, databases, middleware, virtualization, firewalls, and hosted services.
- Ability to manage changing priorities, work across organizational boundaries, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and related security challenges.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security models and practices.
