TL;DR
AI Software Engineer (AI/ML): Designing and deploying production-ready AI systems and end-to-end pipelines for financial operations within an ERP-native SaaS platform with an accent on LLMs, agents, and scalable model integration. Focus on building AI features, optimizing deployed models, evaluating emerging frameworks, and solving data quality, privacy, and reliability challenges.
Location: Remote from Colombia

What you will do
- Design, prototype, develop, and deploy AI systems for real-world business applications.
- Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and integrate models into backend and frontend products.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on scalable AI solutions.
- Analyze large datasets, evaluate AI frameworks, and support infrastructure and cloud decisions.
- Monitor and optimize production models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead experiments, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical outcomes to varied audiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience focused on AI/ML applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPy.
- Strong Python skills with familiarity in JavaScript or similar languages, plus understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience deploying AI systems in production and familiarity with AWS or Azure.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; the role is remote from Colombia.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of statically typed programming languages.
- Experience with containerization.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
