Robot Operator (Robotics): Teleoperating humanoid robots to perform manual tasks, collecting demonstrations, annotating datasets, and evaluating autonomous task performance with an accent on high-quality data generation and precise robot control. Focus on solving varied tasks through teleoperation, testing learned policies, and improving robot operation and evaluation workflows.
Location: Onsite in Zürich, Switzerland; working hours are 8am–5pm, 4–5 days per week at 80–100%.
Salary: 27 CHF/hour

What you will do
- Teleoperate humanoid robot systems to solve a variety of manual tasks.
- Collect demonstrations and annotate high-quality datasets used to train robot models.
- Run evaluations to measure autonomous robot task performance.
- Help improve robot operation, data collection, and policy evaluation workflows.
Requirements
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- High attention to detail and tolerance for repetitive work.
- Strong motivation and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication and effective team collaboration.
- Fluent English speaking ability.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or data collection.
- Experience with gaming, hand controllers, or VR systems.
- Interest in robotics or technology.
