Calibration Engineer (Casablanca)

Calibration Engineer (Casablanca) (Powertrain/Automotive): Creating and managing calibration datasets, validating updates, and coordinating software releases and vehicle tests with an accent on powertrain systems, ECU integration, and traceability. Focus on resolving technical issues, managing calibration approvals, and ensuring on-time delivery in line with AVL quality standards.
Location: Sala Al Jadida, Morocco

What you will do
- Create and manage calibration datasets.
- Maintain CRETA and project tools.
- Validate, track, and integrate calibration updates.
- Coordinate meetings with calibration teams, project stakeholders, and customers.
- Manage and resolve open technical issues.
- Oversee calibration approvals, software releases, and vehicle tests to support on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Knowledge of and interest in powertrain systems, including gasoline, diesel, PHEV, HEV, and BEV vehicles.
- Understanding of powertrain control units and ECUs.
- Basic experience with MATLAB and Simulink models.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to work.
- Good driving skills.
- Ability to work in Sala Al Jadida, Morocco.
