What you will do
- Manage affiliate activity across assigned European markets, including partner recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Build relationships with publishers, content partners, comparison sites, loyalty partners, cashback partners, and other affiliates.
- Plan and deliver campaigns for product launches, seasonal moments, and local market opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and placements while balancing growth and return on investment.
- Monitor revenue, traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and partner performance; turn insights into actions.
- Manage affiliate budgets, forecasts, reporting, tracking, partner compliance, and promotional accuracy in collaboration with local marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams.
Requirements
- Experience managing affiliate or partnership activity for an ecommerce or consumer brand.
- Demonstrated success growing partner relationships and improving commercial performance.
- Confidence using affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and performance reports.
- Strong negotiation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of customer behavior and promotional approaches across European markets.
- Practical, data-led approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in sports nutrition, health, fitness, or lifestyle ecommerce.
- Proficiency in an additional European language.
