What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions for small, midsized, and enterprise clients.
• Build Power Apps applications using Dataverse, Power Automate, Excel, Forms, SharePoint Online, and out-of-the-box connectors.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Teams, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other enterprise systems.
• Implement adaptive cards, variables, triggers, connectors, and API integrations.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft security, governance, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and DLP standards.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, documentation, user enablement, and continuous improvement based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with at least 2 years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Strong familiarity with Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and their integration points.
• Experience identifying AI-driven optimization opportunities and integrating data from multiple sources while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely from any location and collaborate effectively with English-speaking internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft or a Microsoft Gold/Cloud Solutions Partner.
• Microsoft Power Platform, AI, or Copilot certifications.
• Agile/Scrum experience on enterprise technology projects.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
