TL;DR
Global Audit Manager (Cloud/IT Security): Coordinating and controlling internal and external IT audits for an open cloud platform with an accent on ISO, SOC, C5, compliance requirements, and information security. Focus on mapping standards requirements, closing compliance gaps, answering auditor and stakeholder questions, and escalating audit risks.
Location: Remote from Slovakia only; company office in Košice, Slovakia. Remote work outside Slovakia is not available due to European taxation regulations.
Base salary: from €2,500 gross per month, negotiable according to seniority and experience, plus variable pay and other financial benefits.

What you will do
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits of an open cloud platform.
- Ensure compliance with requirements for different IT audits and standards.
- Create and map requirements catalogs covering SOC 1, SOC 2, BSI C5, ISO standards, and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
- Advise cross-functional teams on information security and IT security during audits.
- Answer audit questions from auditors, customers, and central departments, and provide technical input to close compliance gaps.
- Escalate risks and issues, implement audit findings, and support process optimization and reporting.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- At least 3 years of professional IT experience, ideally involving cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with IT audits or certifications such as SOC 1, SOC 2, BSI C5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or ISO standards.
- Experience in requirements engineering, including creating and mapping requirements catalogs.
- Strong knowledge of software security concepts and data protection rules.
- Fluent written and spoken English required; German is an advantage.

- Experience with public cloud platforms.
- Scrum and DevOps knowledge.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent written and spoken German.
