Vice President - Research (Power and Renewables)

What you will do

• Lead the EMEA Power and Renewables Research team and develop analytical depth, subject-matter expertise, succession plans, and resource allocation.
• Own the research content strategy and roadmap for EMEA power and renewables, covering wind, solar, energy storage, and power markets.
• Manage the commercial performance of the Lens EMEA Power and Renewables offering in partnership with product, sales, and marketing.
• Produce and oversee forward-looking research, commentary, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, client events, and in the media while building relationships with senior industry, investment, government, and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with research, product, sales, marketing, and consulting teams to support renewals, upsell, bespoke engagements, and product development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in power and renewables market research, analysis, or consulting.
• Expertise in EMEA power market fundamentals and strong working knowledge of wind, solar, and energy storage markets.
• Experience leading, hiring, coaching, and managing analysts or researchers.
• Commercial experience managing a subscription, portfolio, research, or data product, including roadmap ownership.
• Strong written, communication, presentation, problem-solving, quantitative, and market-analysis skills.
• Experience representing an organization externally and established relationships with senior EMEA energy-sector stakeholders.
