HR Lead CEE

Location: Poland. Hybrid working model combining office and home work. Working from abroad is available for up to 24 days per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate the HR agenda across 19 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
• Manage the complete local HR agenda for Poland and Ukraine.
• Oversee administration and payroll teams and processes across 12 countries.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, engagement, performance, talent, and change management.
• Ensure accurate and compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, benefits, and core HR processes.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and support practical business decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or senior HR generalist, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
• Proven team management experience and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law; experience with Ukraine or other CEE markets is advantageous.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, talent, reward, and workforce planning.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, judgment, ownership, and discretion.
• Fluent English and Polish; additional CEE languages are advantageous.
