What you will do
- Manage HR administration, attendance records, employee leave records, and payroll support.
- Support HR policy development, salary administration, procedures, guidelines, and HR management systems.
- Analyze labor costs, budgets, and personnel expenses, and prepare staff statistics for management and external bodies.
- Communicate with employees, resolve HR queries, and advise colleagues and managers on applicable rules and regulations.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, including mandatory medical surveillance programs.
- Coordinate cross-border mobility and immigration workflows with legal advisors and local authorities to secure work authorization.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR position.
- Experience with TeamSystem Time & Attendance software.
- Experience managing payroll in an international or cross-border environment.
- Knowledge of HR innovation, skill development, and modern HR practices.
- Experience with HR compliance, communication, and employee support.
