What you will do
- Lead daily shifts, assign tasks, and remove blockers for Data Collectors.
- Hire, onboard, train, and support Data Collectors.
- Create shift plans and maximize utilization of data collection stations.
- Own operational KPIs including throughput, efficiency, and station utilization.
- Prepare new data collection tasks with the AI and Robotics teams.
- Keep equipment and stations operational, improve workflows and tooling, and support new collection spaces.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, shift leadership, production, logistics, or another fast-paced environment.
- Strong people skills and confidence leading teams day to day.
- Experience working with KPIs and improving operational efficiency.
- Hands-on problem-solving approach and comfort working close to the operation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience managing shift-based or operational teams.
- Experience in robotics, hardware, manufacturing, or data collection.
- Experience recruiting and onboarding high-volume operational teams.
