Calibration Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Casablanca / Sala Al Jadida, Morocco; mobile working and flexible worktime are available alongside work at modern office facilities.

What you will do

• Calibrate automatic transmission shift strategies, shift scheduling, drivability, and shift quality parameters.
• Calibrate hydraulic pressures, clutches, and torque converter settings.
• Execute vehicle tests and analyze measurement data.
• Perform CAN analysis and diagnose drivability issues.
• Optimize and validate calibration datasets while monitoring software versions and release management.
• Collaborate with Software, Powertrain, and Validation teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Control Systems Engineering.
• Experience in automotive calibration, ideally in powertrain or transmission systems.
• Knowledge of automatic transmissions and gear shift strategies.
• Proficiency in INCA, MDA, CANalyzer, and CANoe.
• Solid understanding of CAN communication and data acquisition tools.
