Industry Delivery Director (Public Sector)

Location: Any UK Office Hub: Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea. Part-time remote working is available for staff.

Salary: £100,000–£125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead successful delivery across a multi-client industry portfolio with annual client revenues exceeding £40 million.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and support client outcomes, development, and pre-sales activity.
• Oversee commercial performance, including revenue growth, margins, budgets, forecasts, proposals, and solution scoping.
• Lead and develop Delivery Managers and wider delivery communities across multiple engagements.
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, risk management, legal compliance, and on-time, in-scope, in-budget outcomes.
• Develop industry capabilities, propositions, communities of practice, and strategies for growth in the public sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project, programme, or delivery management within digital, software, or professional services.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and portfolios, preferably with revenues of £15 million or more.
• Strong financial, commercial, bid support, budget management, and forecasting skills.
• Experience building senior stakeholder relationships, shaping solutions, and supporting account or business growth.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of diverse teams.
• Knowledge of the UK public sector and central government requirements is highly desirable.
