Connectivity and Cloud Architect (AWS)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable network architectures across hybrid on-premise and AWS cloud environments.
• Lead AWS networking architecture involving Transit Gateway, VPC connectivity, ACLs, Network Firewall, Cloud WAN, Route 53, and EKS networking.
• Design hybrid connectivity using AWS Direct Connect and Site-to-Site VPN, and implement resilient BGP and OSPF routing architectures.
• Build secure, scalable DNS, disaster recovery, business continuity, load balancing, monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Manage network devices, infrastructure security, compliance, documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Automate infrastructure and network configuration using Git, Terraform, Bash, and Ansible while collaborating with architecture, infrastructure, network, and product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in a systems, network, cloud, or similar architecture role.
• Strong experience designing hybrid on-premise and cloud networks, AWS networking, Direct Connect, VPN Gateway, BGP, OSPF, DNS, IPv6, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bash, Ansible, Git workflows, Linux administration, Kubernetes/EKS networking, containerisation, and microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of on-premise servers, SAN/NAS storage, fibre channel, backup infrastructure, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, virtualisation, and identity solutions.
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, load balancing, network monitoring, observability, and compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS and ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, testing, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CCNP certification.
