TL;DR
Offensive Cyber Security Engineer (AI): Testing and strengthening Hostinger’s hosting infrastructure, applications, APIs, customer control panel, and AI products with an accent on penetration testing, vulnerability research, and multi-tenant security. Focus on chaining findings into exploits, investigating bug bounty reports, automating security testing, and validating fixes with product and infrastructure engineers.
Location: Hybrid, with offices in Vilnius and Kaunas; work is also possible from home or anywhere in the world.
Compensation starts from €3,600 gross/month.

What you will do
- Run penetration tests and targeted attack simulations against web applications, APIs, and Linux-based hosting infrastructure.
- Investigate multi-tenant risks, including privilege escalation, isolation breakouts, and account takeover paths.
- Reproduce and assess responsible disclosure and bug bounty reports, prioritize their severity, and coordinate fixes.
- Build custom tooling, reconnaissance pipelines, and regression checks to automate repetitive security testing.
- Test new features, including AI-powered products, for prompt injection, data leakage, and agent abuse.
- Write actionable security reports and share offensive security knowledge through walkthroughs, internal CTFs, and code reviews.
Requirements
- Knowledge of penetration testing, application security, or red teaming.
- Demonstrable CTF, Hack The Box, TryHackMe, or bug bounty experience is accepted.
- Understanding of web and API vulnerabilities, including the OWASP Top 10 and beyond.
- Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Ethical, curious, and hands-on security mindset.
- Clear written English.
