TL;DR
Compliance Officer – Reviews - Temporary (AML/CTF): Conducting AML/CTF reviews of private clients, companies, institutional clients, external asset managers, and introducing brokers with an accent on enhanced due diligence, compliance assessments, and Swiss regulatory requirements. Focus on managing complex cases, advising front office and management, and optimizing internal compliance policies and procedures.

What you will do

  • Review key private, corporate, institutional, and intermediary clients from an AML/CTF perspective.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence analyses and declassifications.
  • Draft formal compliance assessments and manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
  • Provide compliance support and advice to front office teams and management.
  • Depending on seniority, perform second-level reviews, support daily team coordination, and advise on assessment quality.
  • Help update compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Law, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of financial services compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss legal framework.
  • Excellent command of English and French.
  • Analytical, methodological, structured, and professional working style.
  • Experience or interest in data analysis, including Excel and PowerPoint, with strong writing and communication skills.
