Data Science Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Manage client interactions and build lasting client relationships.
• Translate business problems into clear data science and analytics solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Provide project management oversight and coordinate delivery against client expectations.
• Prepare presentations and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Identify opportunities beyond the scope of current projects.
• Guide junior team members and orchestrate the work of multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field focused on data analysis, such as econometrics, AI, mathematics, physics, or another exact science.
• Strong statistical knowledge and analytical thinking.
• Experience with databases and analytical tools, including SQL, BigQuery, NoSQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and machine learning.
• Proven project management experience with expert teams and experience guiding junior colleagues.
• 5–7 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year at project lead level.
• Professional fluency in English and the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical business users.
