Web Developer, Tag Management & Data Integration

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets.

What you will do

• Build and maintain tracking pixels and EventStream/AudienceStream connectors across web and app properties.
• Create data-layer variables from the DOM and map them to downstream connector attributes.
• Debug tracking and API errors, including malformed requests, failed connector calls, and data-type mismatches.
• Maintain tags and connectors as new marketing and analytics use cases are introduced.

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including DOM manipulation and event handling.
• Understanding of client-side and server-side data flows and their impact on tracking.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot API requests and responses, including status codes and payload structures.
• Understanding of strings, objects, arrays, nested JSON, and integration errors caused by type mismatches.
• Strong debugging skills and experience using browser developer tools, including the console and network tab.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, drug screening, and U.S. employment eligibility checks is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tealium or another tag management system such as GTM or Adobe Launch.
• Marketing and analytics tracking experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, or conversion APIs.
• Exposure to REST API integration work.
