What you will do
- Lead the Singapore production organization and align team priorities with the game vision, strategy, and milestones.
- Coordinate communication and delivery across the Singapore and Los Angeles studios.
- Design and maintain scalable production systems, workflows, and accountability rituals.
- Coordinate art, design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver features, prototypes, and content.
- Manage production risks, dependencies, capacity, resourcing needs, and collaboration health metrics.
- Support people management, career growth, team morale, inclusion, and player-focused development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in game production, operations, or project management within gaming.
- Experience managing managers and leading production organizations of 30+ people or multiple teams.
- Experience shipping or supporting AAA titles and managing distributed or co-development across studios and locations.
- Ability to translate creative vision into scope, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.
- Strong experience in risk management, capacity planning, stakeholder management, and delivery accountability.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, including adapting production processes for R&D environments.
Nice to have
- 2+ years leading large-scale collaboration between internal and external studios.
- Experience with MMO or live-service titles.
- Experience leading teams through uncertainty, changing priorities, and rapid iteration.
- Experience managing outsourcing partners against scope, quality, milestones, and deadlines.
