Scrum Master (Payments) (Agile/Lean): Facilitating delivery for cross-functional payment technology squads with an accent on Scrum practices, release coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. Focus on removing impediments, analyzing delivery metrics, managing dependencies and risks, and coaching multiple teams in a regulated payments environment.

What you will do
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Manage delivery expectations and coordinate work across engineers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and multiple Scrum teams.
- Coach teams and Product Owners on Scrum principles, Agile practices, backlog management, and effective ways of working.
- Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics, insights, root cause analysis, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Remove impediments, protect squads from delivery distractions, and promote transparency and shared accountability.
- Coordinate release activities and support incident management when required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading and transforming team delivery using Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing delivery, releases, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Agile principles, practices, and ways of working.
- Strong backlog management, sprint planning, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience using delivery metrics and insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience working across multiple Scrum teams in a multi-product environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, payments, or highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of flow metrics and Agile delivery reporting.
- Experience facilitating release and incident management activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile scaling practices and enterprise delivery environments.
