TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (Software): Managing relationships with prospective and existing mid-market clients to promote hirify.global adoption, contribute to root cause analysis on wins/losses and document improvements. Focus on providing account leadership, understanding buying criteria, and ensuring pipeline accuracy based on evidence.

Location: hirify.global hires new team members in countries around the world. All of our roles are remote, however some roles may carry specific location-based eligibility requirements.

What you will do

  • Support hirify.global for prospects.
  • Contribute to root cause analyses on wins/losses, and communicate lessons learned to the team, including account managers, the marketing team, and the technical team.
  • Take ownership of your book of business: document the buying criteria, buying process, next steps, and owners, ensuring pipeline accuracy based on evidence.
  • Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process.
  • Be the voice of the customer by contributing product ideas to our public.

Requirements

  • A true desire to see customers benefit from the investment they make with you.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience with Software sales.
  • Interest in hirify.global and open source software.
  • Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, driven, and results-oriented with excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Git, Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management.
