Base salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

  • Own incoming technical tickets, investigate issues, and drive requests through resolution.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to run analytics, extract data insights, and support client deliverables.
  • Provide technical coordination across Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, and Client Strategy and Analytics.
  • Measure and track service-level agreements, including triage and review timelines, and unblock stalled requests.
  • Identify trends in ticket data to inform product improvements and engineering priorities.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, technical support, IT operations, data analytics, or a similar technical role; strong internship experience is acceptable for recent graduates.
  • Basic proficiency in Python and SQL or similar querying and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with issue-tracking platforms and support workflows.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle, Agile planning, and client support practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to analyze logs, metrics, and customer reports.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
