IT Engineer III

What you will do

• Manage and optimize Okta configurations and integrations, including sandboxes and multiple profile masters.
• Oversee workplace and productivity SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and GitHub.
• Lead endpoint engineering across macOS and Windows environments using Iru and Intune.
• Act as an escalation point for end-user technology issues and support distributed teams.
• Automate IT functions and repetitive tasks with Okta Workflows and Jira automation.
• Evaluate technical requirements, develop sustainable solutions, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maintain configuration documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms in midsize enterprises.
• Proficiency with a major public cloud and a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies.
• Experience automating IT operations with advanced tools and workflows.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and asynchronous collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with macOS and Windows environments; macOS and Google Workspace are the primary platforms.
• Ability to innovate and deliver major IT-focused initiatives.
