What you will do

• Manage and maintain the global sender registration database.
• Process customer sender registration requests with mobile network operators and suppliers.
• Ensure messaging traffic security through content restrictions and template registration.
• Support region-specific, product-based, and OTT traffic registration across WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line, and other channels.
• Order VLN/SC numbers and enable two-way communication between customers and end users.
• Maintain registration documentation, collaborate across departments on compliance, and support customer experience.

• Interest in telecom, messaging, or technical operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements.
