Location: Hybrid at the Barcelona studio 3 days per week, or remote within the United Kingdom

What you will do
- Write and iterate short-form copy for push notifications, email, and in-game CRM messages.
- Create UX-focused microcopy for app and desktop experiences.
- Apply UX writing principles to improve clarity, usability, accessibility, and user understanding.
- Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Product, and Marketing partners to align copy with user journeys and intent.
- Maintain consistent tone and quality across surfaces while adapting copy to different contexts.
- Iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance insights.
Requirements
- Native English proficiency with extensive professional experience writing in English.
- Strong familiarity with UX writing principles.
- Professional experience creating short-form digital content and microcopy for apps or websites.
- Ability to work within tight character limits and design constraints.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing feedback and iteration.
- Availability for a part-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a UX Writer.
- Experience working with CRM or Product teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing or data-informed copy optimization.
- Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or consumer technology.
