What you will do

• Develop and experiment with modern computer vision and multimodal AI systems.
• Build OCR, visual recognition, vision-language model, and AI agent solutions.
• Design and optimize algorithms for real-world perception problems.
• Work on confidence estimation, model reliability, simulation, and synthetic data.
• Develop active and self-learning systems and conduct statistical experiments.
• Investigate and improve failure cases in production AI systems.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in modern AI, computer vision, algorithms, mathematics, or statistics.
• Ability to design algorithms and reason through technical problems.
• Understanding of modern AI architectures and research methods.
• Experience breaking down open-ended problems into testable ideas and running experiments.
• Ability to work with real-world datasets, read research papers, and apply relevant ideas.
• Graduate students are ideal; undergraduate and self-taught candidates with a strong AI or computer vision portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• M.A.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. studies in a relevant technical field.
• Strong portfolio of AI or computer vision projects, research efforts, or GitHub work.
