Manager (Strategy and Execution)

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan; onsite and hybrid work at the employer’s location

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end workstreams and projects focused on strategic decision-making.
• Structure business problems, define analytical approaches, and oversee project execution.
• Analyze industries, markets, global best practices, and client operations.
• Manage relationships with senior management, government representatives, and investment funds.
• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations, recommendations, and other client materials.
• Support business development through proposals, client pitches, opportunity identification, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• At least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, deal advisory, M&A, or corporate strategy.
• Experience in strategy development, market entry, growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and market research.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking abilities.
• Fluent English is required, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
