Reporting Designer in Consulting

Location: Astana, Kazakhstan; onsite and hybrid work at the employer's location

KPMG is a large consulting corporation seeking to strengthen its in-house corporate reporting design capabilities.

What you will do

• Design annual and integrated reports from concept through final delivery.
• Create layouts aligned with corporate branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and visualize complex content.
• Prepare reports for digital and print production.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and improve reporting templates and formats.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience designing annual or integrated reports or similar corporate publications.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex multi-page documents of 100+ pages; portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Understanding of corporate branding, editorial layout systems, and print and digital production processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, information-structuring ability, and capacity to meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GRI or integrated reporting frameworks.
• Experience with Figma, data visualization, and infographic design.
• Experience in consulting firms or large corporations.
• Basic motion or digital reporting skills, such as Adobe After Effects.
• Experience working with bilingual Russian/English content.
