Location: Leeds or Birmingham, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least three days per week, or 60% of working time, at an office site.

What you will do
- Support and grow corporate client relationships across the Manufacturing & Industrials sector.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients through research, market insights, and financial analysis.
- Identify emerging trends and develop banking solutions aligned with client objectives and credit and profitability requirements.
- Collaborate with product specialists and relationship teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
- Maintain focus on risk management, governance, regulatory standards, planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Share knowledge and support colleagues as experience develops.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience supporting client relationships within corporate banking.
- Experience developing trusted client relationships, identifying customer needs, and supporting banking solutions.
- Strong analytical and financial assessment skills, including interpreting business information and identifying trends.
- Experience with CRM, client management, or banking platforms for client servicing and portfolio management.
- Good understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements within credit and control frameworks.
- Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing & Industrials sector.
- Experience preparing client presentations, financial analysis, or relationship reviews for business development.
