Global Study Leadership - Clinical Lead - Oncology

What you will do

• Lead regional and global oncology clinical studies to achieve quality, timeline, recruitment, and operational objectives.
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to meet enrolment targets.
• Partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver milestones, resolve issues, and maintain operational excellence.
• Provide leadership, guidance, resource planning, and training for clinical teams.
• Manage clinical risks, quality standards, stakeholder relationships, financial oversight, and scope changes.
• Support proposals, bid defence activities, delivery planning, continuous improvement, and development of less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong oncology background required due to sponsor requirements.
• 5+ years of clinical research, monitoring, or clinical operations experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading patient recruitment, site management, and clinical quality oversight.
• Ability to collaborate across global cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, solve problems, and support operational planning.
