Highlight Factory Lead (Sports Media)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, USA; nightly in-office work is required during live game coverage and the role is not eligible for remote work.

Salary: $160,000–$185,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead nightly production, quality control, and real-time delivery of game content across social, digital, and linear platforms.
• Manage a large night-shift team of editors and producers.
• Identify and prioritize key game-night storylines, including player milestones, standout performances, and major moments.
• Coordinate with Content Creation, Automation, and EVS teams to prevent duplicated work and resolve workflow issues.
• Coordinate content delivery and quality expectations with media partners such as NBC, ESPN, and Amazon.
• Support WSC production automation initiatives and adjust staffing across hirify.global and Whirify.global coverage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in sports, network, or live game-night production.
• 8+ years of experience in video editing, content delivery, and social media production.
• Strong working knowledge of EVS, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and WSC, including ClipPro and WSC Automation.
• Experience leading teams in live, deadline-driven environments and making rapid editorial and operational decisions.
• Understanding of linear broadcast delivery and requirements for hirify.global App, hirify.global.com, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays onsite in Secaucus, New Jersey during live game coverage.

Nice to have

• Experience overseeing automated production workflows such as WSC.
• Portfolio of video work or examples of team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
