Location: Remote role associated with Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; domestic and international travel of up to 25% required.
Salary: $129,700β$226,900 annual base pay, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and potential short-term incentive participation.

What you will do
- Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritized initiatives across the myQ ecosystem.
- Identify customer needs through research, analytics, competitive benchmarking, and real-time consumer insights.
- Lead AI software products from concept through commercialization, including requirements, business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market planning.
- Partner with product, data science, engineering, design, operations, security, legal, marketing, sales, and customer experience stakeholders.
- Measure adoption, accuracy, performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and market impact, iterating products based on results.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, model selection, infrastructure needs, and connected-service integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software product management experience, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of GenAI, machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, product backlog management, user-centric design, and matrix software development environments.
- Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives and work with highly technical development teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

- Experience with hardware and software offerings or managing multi-category product portfolios.
