IT Communication & Change Management Specialist

What you will do

• Develop and execute communication and change management plans for IT services, digital transformation programs, and process improvement initiatives across the Americas.
• Partner with IT service owners, project managers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to define messages, stakeholder needs, and engagement strategies.
• Create, edit, and publish communications through SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, presentations, videos, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly, and business-focused communications.
• Support change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness initiatives, adoption campaigns, briefings, town halls, and launch activities.
• Monitor communication reach, engagement, feedback, and adoption metrics while improving communication processes and change management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Change Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT communications, organizational change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or user adoption initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, presentation development, and visual communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Viva Engage.
• Knowledge of organizational change management, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication measurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Portuguese language skills.
