hirify.global is a fintech company requiring business intelligence analysis to support data-driven decision-making and business improvement.

What you will do

  • Interpret data and analyze results using queries and statistical techniques.
  • Build reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes using Excel, SQL, BigQuery, Python, R, and other big data tools.
  • Develop analytical reports and visualize large, complex datasets in dashboards.
  • Present findings to support fact-based decision-making.
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities based on data.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in SQL and the ability to write advanced database queries.
  • Ability to identify key trends quickly and conduct deep analysis of underlying data.
  • Experience working with datasets containing millions of rows and creating complex visualizations for live dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and deliver results under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python, R, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Jupyter, Python, Hive, or BigQuery ML.
