What you will do
- Analyze social media post metrics, account performance, follower engagement, and user behavior.
- Identify poorly performing posts and document evidence explaining their performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators and social media or CX directors.
- Monitor social media channels for brand and company mentions, customer service issues, and brand awareness opportunities.
- Research emerging social media trends and tools while tracking current events and pop culture.
- Create analytical reports with findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in social media, content creation, or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media tools and trends.
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
