What you will do

• Design solutions, integrations, and technical architectures for enterprise applications.
• Develop, test, enhance, and troubleshoot scalable software across multiple technologies.
• Lead and mentor developers across multiple projects.
• Prepare and review technical designs and project documentation.
• Support project planning, estimation, delivery, and engineering best practices.
• Drive improvements across development and deployment practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Expert-level Java/JEE development experience with strong coding and unit testing skills.
• Experience designing microservices, REST APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Deep expertise in Spring, Hibernate, relational databases, SQL, and messaging technologies.
• Experience with Agile development, test-driven development, performance tuning, and code quality practices.
• Proven ability to lead developers, mentor teams, communicate effectively, and solve complex technical challenges.
