What you will do
- Own the global transformation roadmap for Accounts Payable and Invoice-to-Pay processes, including process simplification, standardization, KPIs, and benefit tracking.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale automation and AI opportunities across invoice capture, coding, matching, duplicate detection, and exception management.
- Lead global implementation and optimization of OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions.
- Define invoice-processing requirements and partner with SAP, OpenText VIM, integration, Finance, Tax, Legal, Procurement, and Technology teams through deployment and stabilization.
- Implement and increase adoption of hosted and punch-out supplier catalogues as preferred purchase channels.
- Lead Peppol, European e-invoicing, Brazil tax regulation, and other global Accounts Payable regulatory implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Finance Transformation, Procurement Transformation, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership of teams or major transformation workstreams and delivery of a significant AP, P2P, or Finance transformation.
- Strong knowledge of invoice capture, PO and non-PO invoices, matching, approvals, exception management, and invoice posting.
- Experience with process engineering, Lean, automation, continuous improvement, analytical KPIs, and stakeholder influence across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and senior leadership.
- Fluent professional English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Accounts Payable experience.
- OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, OCR, or Intelligent Document Processing experience.
- SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, hosted or punch-out supplier catalogues, Peppol, or European e-invoicing experience.
- SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, RPA, workflow automation, AI in Finance or Procurement, process mining, or Power BI experience.
- Lean, Agile, Project Management, SAP, or Finance Transformation certifications.
