Finance Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Manage and execute daily finance operations across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Travel & Expense, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Support internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor process performance, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to process enhancements.
• Support compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and communicate progress updates, challenges, and insights to stakeholders and management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, learning, and innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Experience in finance operations, accounting, shared services, or a similar finance-focused environment.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense Management, or General Ledger processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance-related tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Experience in a Global Business Services or Shared Service Center environment.
• Experience with process improvement or transformation initiatives.
