Location: Dallas (USDALFRI) Frisco AI HUB, United States

Base compensation: $92,040–$174,840 per year. Additional U.S. ranges apply by location, including California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Virginia, New York City, Washington, and Washington, DC.

What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical concepts aligned with human-centered design.
• Rapidly prototype interactive, testable digital and physical experiences, including agentic AI-driven interactions.
• Apply AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces to business challenges.
• Lead technical feasibility analysis and assess system integration and implementation pathways.
• Evaluate technology choices with attention to agentic AI safety, governance, equity, bias, and transparency.
• Translate prototypes and technical insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset.
• Experience uniting design and engineering through cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to create low- to high-fidelity digital and physical prototypes.
• Ability to design human-in-the-loop patterns for approvals, escalation, rollbacks, and exception handling.
• Ability to define API-based agent tools with input/output schemas, error handling, and versioning, and build React/TypeScript interfaces for agentic systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent demonstrable portfolio.

Nice to have

• 1–3+ years of relevant experience, depending on level.
• Experience in enterprise and agency environments or in finance, retail, healthcare, or industrial domains.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Background in behavioral science, change management, design research, data science, AI/ML, or HCI.
• Advanced degree or certification in design, HCI, computer science, or a related field.
