TL;DR
Landscape Architect (AutoCAD/Landscape Architecture): Supporting the design, development, and documentation of communities, public places, campuses, and hospitality projects with an accent on plan production, project coordination, and landscape architectural standards. Focus on preparing technical documents and cost computations, coordinating with clients and subconsultants, and supporting construction services and site closeouts.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; work is based in the Fort Worth office and includes project site visits and travel as required.

What you will do
- Support project design, development, and documentation across project phases.
- Use AutoCAD and related software to prepare design assignments and plan sets.
- Draft technical documents, computations, and opinions of probable cost.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and project subconsultants.
- Support construction-related services, agreement preparation, site walks, and project closeouts.
- Apply RVi quality assurance and quality control protocols and applicable landscape architectural standards.
Requirements
- Entry-level capability to apply fundamental design concepts to practical situations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and/or Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to complete or correct design documentation and communicate through technical writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture preferred; related undergraduate degrees may be considered with an accredited Master’s program and/or equivalent experience under a licensed Landscape Architect.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with Project Managers, move around the office and project sites, and travel as required.
