Paid Media Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid)

Starting annual base salary: €48,000, plus variable remuneration based on role, business and individual performance.

What you will do

• Execute paid performance campaigns across all channels, from setup through daily bidding optimization.
• Own performance reporting and forecasting, including budget pacing and return-on-investment targets.
• Design and run testing roadmaps covering creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and measurement infrastructure.
• Challenge agency partners on technical delivery and improve execution speed and quality.
• Partner with SEO, content, CRO, product, sales, and brand stakeholders on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the role.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage critical situations.
• Degree in digital marketing, statistics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of English is required.
• Knowledge of major performance channels and hands-on experience with Search Console.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, and Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform.
