TL;DR
Chief Legal Officer (iGaming): Leading the Group’s legal, licensing, intellectual property, and compliance functions across jurisdictions with an accent on regulatory strategy, licensing, corporate structure, and risk management. Focus on overseeing iGaming market expansion, managing complex disputes and regulatory obligations, and protecting the Group’s international IP portfolio.

Location: Remote work; 5/2 schedule with a flexible start to the working day

What you will do

  • Define and execute the Group’s legal and regulatory strategy across jurisdictions.
  • Lead Legal, Licensing, Compliance, and Intellectual Property functions, setting priorities and developing team capabilities.
  • Advise the CEO and executive management on legal, regulatory, reputational, and commercial risks.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance frameworks, due diligence, internal controls, disputes, claims, litigation, and external counsel.
  • Lead legal and regulatory support for iGaming licensing, market entry, product launches, and licence maintenance.
  • Oversee corporate structures, restructuring, trademark protection, and global IP portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Significant senior legal leadership experience, including management of multidisciplinary legal teams.
  • Strong experience in iGaming or another highly regulated international industry.
  • Proven experience with iGaming licensing and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Deep expertise in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law, compliance frameworks, due diligence, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Experience managing significant disputes, claims, litigation, international expansion, new-market entry, and product launches.
  • Fluent or advanced Russian and English required.
