What you will do

• Lead technical change and lifecycle management for one or more Flowable applications.
• Manage application operations, vulnerability management, releases, sizing, estimations, and product offerings.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and ensure alignment with architecture standards.
• Guide agile delivery teams and collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and IT Service Owners.
• Supervise software development, implementation, testing, and production readiness decisions.
• Provide third-level support for incident and problem management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Application Responsible, Technical Lead, or Lead Developer.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of modern business process and case management platforms, including CMMN and BPMN.
• At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-level applications with Java.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, enterprise architecture, and development processes.
• Knowledge of IT service management, governance, compliance, data analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.
